RAINBOW HOUSE AGREEMENT

Children are admitted to the nursery subject to the following terms:-

The normal weekly booking is set and not flexible, i.e. if your child is booked to be in the nursery Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday each week, you will not be able to change days on occasion to Monday, Tuesday and Friday. This would have to be an additional day. Permanent changes of booking are possible subject to discussion.

The usual weekly fee is payable in advance during the preceding week. Fees can be paid monthly if this is easier. A valid and appropriate card must accompany cheques. The recipient must write the card number onto the cheque or it loses its validity.

Fees are due for 51 weeks per year. During Christmas week when the nursery closes, there will not be a charge.

We require a minimum of one weeks notice or payment in lieu.

The usual coughs and colds will not prevent us receiving children into the nursery, but should a child's condition worsen causing concern, we are likely to contact you in order that the child may be taken home.

We ask that children with infectious conditions who are prescribed anti-biotics are kept at home for the first 3 days of the course. This is to minimise infection among the other children.

A Child brought into nursery with an obvious infection such as thrush would be sent home unless they had completed more than 3 days of treatment.

I agree that in placing my child into Rainbow House Nursery I will abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.

RAINBOW HOUSE MENU - Week 1

Our menu is tried and tested offering a healthy balanced diet. Meals are prepared freshly on the premises by our cook. We will provide for special diets if required.
